Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Blue Genie Pte Ltd reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Order
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Payment
Every transaction (approved or rejected) using Payment Gateway is under the control and authority of the Payment Gateway. Blue Genie Pte Ltd is not responsible for any additional cost/interest fee that may or may not incur using Payment Gateway. If there are any financial/payment issues on transactions using Payment Gateway, you can email them directly to support@paymentgateway.com. Refund process is automatic and up to date. If there are pending transactions (funds not being refunded) you can contact your bank's Customer Service.
Order Processing
All orders made on the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours for us to process your orders.
