Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Southeast Asia typically takes 5–7 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary between 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders within Southeast Asia above $50. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Full exchanges are available.
Hassle-Free Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange any product that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

- Wrong Product, Color, or Size? We’ll fix it! If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one.
- ✔ Fit Issues: If the size or cut isn’t quite right, we’ll exchange it for a better fit.
- ✔ Product Performance Problems: If you experience issues like tearing, shrinkage, or colour bleed after wear, we’ll make it right. Just send us a photo for verification at shopkore.sg@gmail.com.
