Delivery Methods & Costs

Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 5-7 working days. There might be a delay if wrong information such as address or contact number is provided. In the event that you are unable to receive a parcel, there will be a re-attempt in delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of $5 will be imposed for re-delivery.

Change in Delivery Address

You will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed, but we’ll try our best to help. Please drop us a message here as soon as possible.

Note: Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll try our best to minimize this.

If we're too late and your order has been delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments — we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!

Parcel Tracking (Singapore Only)

Your tracking details will be sent via Email / Whatsapp where consent is provided to the phone number provided once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Festive Seasons

Do factor in slight delays in delivery during peak periods such as Good Friday, Christmas season, and Chinese New Year.

Parcel Tracking (International)

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse. Do note that there will be longer lead time for custom clearance.
