Kore Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Kore! We want you to love every piece you purchase as much as we loved making it for you, and we’re here to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.
Hassle-Free Exchanges
We will be happy to exchange any product that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Here’s how we make things right:
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Wrong Product, Colour, or Size? We’ll fix it! If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one.
- Fit Issues? If the size or cut isn’t quite right, we’ll exchange it for a better fit.
- Product Performance Problems? If you experience issues like tearing, shrinkage, or colour bleed after wear, we’ll make it right. Just send us a photo for verification at shopkore.sg@gmail.com.
How to Return Your Item
- Contact us at shopkore.sg@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your request.
- Send the item to our designated address (we will provide this).
- Use the original packaging if available or any suitable packaging, and ensure the parcel is securely sealed.
- Once received, the item will undergo quality inspection. If it passes, we will process your exchange request.
Returns will be processed and exchanged within 5 to 7 days. If the product is out of stock, store credits or vouchers will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.
Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number
If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please contact us at shopkore.sg@gmail.com with your “Order Number and the Revised information.” We will help make the changes, if the product hasn't been shipped.
Gift Purchases
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exempt Goods
Some items, like gift cards, are exempt from refunds.

Exchange / Return for International Orders
